Our ongoing development of policies, work instructions, procedures, and systems, along with our efforts to lead and influence individuals that safety is a serious matter, demonstrates the commitment of our team to ensure everyone returns home safely at the end of the day and helps us achieve Destination Zero. All departments and locations of Onsite Rental Group are required to uphold the systems and practices necessary to meet the expectations outlined in the SHEQ Management System.
Our assessment of SHEQ effectiveness aims to:

Our Safety Initiatives
At Onsite, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring that our employees go home safely every day. Within our operations, we have identified seven areas of risk, leading us to develop our 7 Life Saving Commitments—behaviours that save lives—that are consistently applied across all our sites. Operating Plant and Equipment
I will always remain outside of the line of fire, maintain exclusion zones and use positive communication prior to approaching operating equipment. I will only operate plant and equipment if I am trained, competent and authorised.
Lifting and Suspended Loads
I will establish exclusion zones and never walk under a suspended load or within line of fire. I will make loads fundamentally stable on engineered and approved stands and structures before commencing work.
Isolation and Control of Energy Sources
I will control all energy sources and verify positive isolation (Test for dead).
Load Restraint
I will confirm all loads are checked and appropriately secured to prevent movement during transportation.
Working at Heights
I will use effective fall protection or fall prevention when working at heights. I will establish exclusion zones and barricading to prevent others entering the line of fire.
Confined Spaces
I will only enter a confined space if I am trained, competent, authorised and working under a permit.
Fitness for Work
I will always present physically and psychologically fit for work. I will present for work free from the influence of drugs and alcohol.
