Recruitment

The people make up the culture of every company.  This is why we focus our efforts on ensuring we hire people who have the right skills and mindset for each position we have available.  We begin the process by assessing the internal need and ability to fill the role through internal candidates through application or succession planning.  If we do not have the people or skill sets needed internally we go to the market through a variety of means.

Generally, all job applicants are asked to apply through online advertisements.  Both the applicant and Onsite staff have the opportunity to discuss the role, our culture and how we could work together.

All shortlisted applicants after second rounds will be required to complete a background check including a Criminal Record Check, Eligibility to work in Australia (arranged and paid for by Onsite) and to provide 2 references.   Depending on the role being applied for, applicants may also be asked to participate in other assessments and/or background checks.

If you are the successful candidate, the hiring manager will contact you and send you through your offer contract.
