
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager – Southern, you will use your people leadership, management skills and commercial mindset to deliver a high performing, profitable branch location.
You will;
– Lead the safety culture and safety compliance within the branch
– Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
– Drive business processes to optimise operational efficiencies
– Manage resourcing levels and performance of team
– Effectively manage operating costs within set budgets
– Meet key performance metrics and monthly reporting against critical KPIs
– Ensure monthly billing reporting is maintained
– Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers and suppliers
– Manage customer order/supply issues
– Successfully manage and achieve branch P&L requirements
– Provide hands on support to the team during busy periods
– Work with the team to ensure Onsite continues to grow its business in the area
Skills and experience:
– Experience in a role with leadership, management or supervisory responsibilities
– Previous experience in rental, industrial, construction or related industry
– Strong communication and relationship building skills
– Strong analytical skills, organisation and accuracy
– Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite
– Working knowledge of Baseplan software (highly regarded, not essential)
