
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who is hungry and determined to succeed. Onsite has many supply agreements in place with major accounts. We are looking for someone who is comfortable building relationships locally with all these accounts. Added to this, it is envisaged that the new Account Manager will be comfortable in hunting new business locally within the construction and infrastructure markets as there are many projects either underway or approved for the foreseeable future. In this role, you will:
- Partner with existing customers to identify and develop business opportunities
- Develop strong local relationships with new business opportunities across large and small construction companies in the region
- Exercise your skills in both Solution Selling and Transactional Selling to delight your customers and ensure loyalty is earned
- Become the “Go-To” person in the Karratha region
- Spend most of your time in face to face meetings with clients
- Prepare and coordinate proposals and tenders and support customers through their decision-making process
- Review and report on territory sales forecasts and performance, asset requirements, and market pricing trends and shifts

Skills and experience
- Experience in territory sales in hire/rental/capital equipment or similar
- Proven ability to attain new business
- Proven ability to grow existing business and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work autonomously in the field
- Strong customer and safety focus
- Proven relationship building capabilities
