Lighting the way at Ayers Rock Airport

We recently worked in partnership to provide specialist lighting arrangements for the Ayers Rock Airport Resealing Works. Over three months 15 LED lighting towers provided around-the-clock illumination to ensure works were completed on schedule. Due to the sites remoteness we supplied a tailored redundancy equipment package to ensure works would not be delayed in the unlikely event of a breakdown. Overall, we provided the following specialist equipment:

1 x Boom Lift
2 x Generators
6 x Welders
15 x LED Lighting Towers
1 x Telehandler
1 x Fuel Trailer
1 x Ice Machine

Apart from the redundancy options the contractor was impressed by the quality of our LED light towers. Our LED lighting towers deliver significant fuel savings and reduce refuelling labour – providing significant operational cost savings. The contractor was so pleased with our work that they are considering extending the contract for six months and transferring the equipment to Alice Springs Airport.
