Damage Waiver

Onsite Rental Group’s Equipment must be covered for damage at all times. This cover can be by the Onsite Rental group’s Damage Waiver or by the applicants own Insurance.

If the applicant is self insured Onsite Rental Group requires a copy of your current Certificate of Currency, for a policy of insurance that covers loss or damage to the Hire Equipment arising from the hire for an amount not less than the full new replacement cost of the Hire Equipment . As insurance is renewable annually, Onsite needs to receive the current year’s Insurance certificate prior to the expiry date. Once the Insurance cover-note has expired and the current year’s certificate has not been received, Onsite’s Damage waiver fee will be charged. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that Onsite has your current Certificate of Currency. Please refer to section 6.10 of our Terms and Conditions for full details.
